Nippon-desu?

Filed under: Just Updates, life, mood, whatever — egomarc @ 11:35 pm

The thought of Japan is making me so happy that I wish to go back there and have fun again. Don’t you know the feeling of melting sashimi in your mouth? Don’t you know the feeling of freshness in your Katsu-Don? Don’t you have so much respect for the Japanese of their gratefulness and apologetic manner of assisting you? This is what I call life. But I can’t help but keep eating Japanese food because I kinda miss Tokyo a lot. A lot a lot a lot.

So I looked back at the photos I took while strolling along the streets of Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Roppongi etc. It’s arguably the best trip I have had so far. And it won’t be all. I will miss that auntie who works at the 24 hour Udon store and she will keep telling us that Singapore is a clean and beautiful place. I will miss that “Spreken” guy at the Portugese Eatery. Well, we called him “Spreken” for a reason. Learnt that word while watching “Madagascar”. Then used it when we asked that ang moh whether he know how to “spreken” English. And he understood and was kinda stunned that suddenly people like us start to speak English. Maybe every Asian look he sees is a Japanese. But then again, I can remember how friendly he was, because he’s willing to introduce to us what is nice and what’s so-so only. Great guy. He’s known to us as “Spreken”. LOL.

But if we think about Japan, then we think about their belief in freshness of the food. So we don’t deny that Japanese food is really damn nice. I think if the Malays were to grab a bite, they would even want more even if its not that fresh. Haha. Then they would only dream about Halal Japanese Food. Have la. Banquet got halal japanese food. But of course, how could you compare a food court Japanese food to those like Sushi Tei? Haha. So who wants to go Japan with me again? Lol. This time I would want to go to Osaka. Go for their Universal Studios. Then also visit one of the Largest Aquariums in the world. Where one of the tanks houses 3 WHALE SHARKS. Come on, its the largest mammal la. Damn it. 3 some more. Woo hoo. I’m dreaming of it. Lol.

Well, then again, I really enjoy Japanese food and I’m rather picky and particular about where I eat my Japanese food. Hopefully I don’t have to always travel to Japan just to spend my money on food. But given the chance, I would risk all earthquakes and stay at Japan, just to eat fresh food. Haha. Gotta sleep now. It’s Friday tomorrow and prata’s on the dinner menu. Thompson, here I come!!.
