Once again, I’m typing this post from the little and cramped cubicle in the office, with all the piles of documents and tons of boxes stacking around me as if they are building a cell to enclose me inside. Maybe that’s the reason why I have so much cover around so that no one can actually see what I type. LOL.
There are some things in this company that I do not really understand. And one of these things is the way they operate and the way they do their work. I don’t get it at why I’m still staying here to OT when everything can be done if I stay one whole day throughout the weekend packing things. I’m actually pointing to the fact that the company has been doing a lot of last minute and ad-hoc decisions as if it won’t hurt and kill anyone. You’re right, I’m squinting my eyes just to type this post here, which means to say that I’m so fucking tired after like what, my 8th day of OT in a row? Come on, give me a break.
Efficiency is what the company lacks. Communication is what the company hasn’t been improving. Self-grounding and disappearing acts are what this company is all about. No offence to those who are from this company and are reading all these posts, but one knows what they did and what they do best. And it’s not like none have seen it.
Perhaps I might be thinking too much. But sometimes you just wonder where did all these people gone to since they are not within the office premise or within the building premises. Hmmm…
