In the end, I didn’t go to the NDP.
In the end, I gave my tickets to my bro.
In the end, I didn’t manage to get the photographers pass.
In the end, I end up at David’s house eating KFC with the Nobles.
In the end, I was lucky that I didn’t go NDP because.
In the end, it rained heavily over there in the night.
I will try next week to get tickets again if there’s a chance. Sigh. After much sleep last night, I still don’t feel that refreshed. But next up, I have to start scouting for places for a photoshoot coming up soon. First time doing modelling shoot though. But will try my best because it’s not an easy job for the brain.
Hiking at Bukit Timah Hill anyone?
Anyways, work on Friday was as good as tiring, though it was just half a day, but my dad and I manage to put the new engine back into place into the car. Almost done there. But of course, I do have my pictures. Not many though. But good enough to tell a tale. =)
Apparently, while topping up some diesel into a lorry, the tank went full and overflow all over the ground. And my dad has another stupendous idea by throwing sawdust all around the diesel area to absorb the diesel from the ground. And true enough, in like 15 mins, the ground is dry. How cool is that? Just when I thought he kept a bucket of “sand” for what purpose. God knows.

The newly rigged up and ready to go engine. =)
The car when it’s really empty without it’s heart. This is how messy and complicated my dad’s job is.
For the obvious reasons, I’m on my way with my dad to send a truck to return and collect another to service. And I just thought that the mirror was cool enough for a pic. Random really.
So I had to leave for home to change and rush down to the AYG Appreciation Night for the workforce and volunteers and of course, within the event, there’s a Stefanie Sun concert. FOR FREE. Haha. And yes, I got VIP Seatings. But then again, the goodie bag wasn’t really what I expected. I guess the only ones that made me happy was the Singapore Food Industries butter cookie. Which was insanely nice. Nostalgic outfield experience flow back into my mind.
Anyways, after the whole NDP thing today, which I eventually didn’t go, I head to David’s place to have my dinner as well as chill out with the nobles. Of course, Animal Planet was the highlight of the day because we were figuring out why Madeline the Moose had a life like that. Oh well. Mooses will always be mooses.

It’s always life that hits back at the times when you are happy.
But it’s always the mind that helps bring you back to sanity.
If only one has the ability to be happy all the time.
But everyone all know the best of both worlds is impossible.
So remember, life is generic.
Many valleys are bound to greet you.
Sometimes take life step by step.
Sometimes take life one step further.
And you will know that happiness is always there, just that it’s vague yet vivid.

Time for bed now.
Pic of the Day: Snack on it. =/
